Our Story
The journey to founding Intellectual Healing began with a simple yet powerful observation: business leaders, while dedicated to driving success and innovation, often neglect their own mental well-being in the process. As someone who has witnessed firsthand the cascading effects of leadership stress on entire organizations, I recognized an urgent need for change.
Through my years of clinical practice and specialized training in counseling psychology, I've observed a crucial gap in mental health support for business leaders. Many professionals at the top feel isolated, unable to openly discuss their struggles, or find it challenging to connect with traditional therapy approaches that do not fully account for their unique positions and pressures.
